A food and travel connoisseur who didn't want to build just another burger joint. He wanted to start a flavor revolution.

I'm an Emirati, self-taught chef who has spent the past 20 years traveling the world in search of unforgettable food. From burgers and steaks to omakase and ceviche, those cuisines continue to shape how I cook.A word from Bodbod

The Smokehouse burger carries the bold, smoky flavors he found abroad. The Orange Chicken comes from American-Chinese takeout spots he loved along the way. Sauces are made in-house daily, with top-grade beef and the best bacon on the market.
